81-year-old James Reed of Theodosia is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree harassment, armed criminal action, and second-degree tampering with a motor vehicle. The tenant told authorities that he had been arguing with Reed about getting his stuff off the property, Reed allegedly fired a high-powered rifle in the direction of the tenant, hitting a truck nearby. Reed has a criminal history with felony convictions in Arkansas. He is scheduled to be in court on November 14.
