The Highway Patrol says that 60-year-old Larry Riggs was walking on Highway 160 east of Doniphan when he was hit by a vehicle. The vehicle then left the scene. Riggs was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
A man from Fairdealing was injured in a hit-and-run accident in Doniphan early Sunday morning.
