22-year-old Keith Merrill Stuebner was allegedly driving while intoxicated when he ran off the road and hit two trees. 20-year-old Blake Liveley died from injuries he suffered in the crash. The accident happened in February of 2022. Stuebner will have a pre-sentence hearing on November 13.
