The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the girl was a passenger in the vehicle driven by 30-year-old Timnesia Haynes of Mountain Home when the vehicle skidded off the road, hit a tree, and overturned. The girl suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Phelps Health. The accident happened on I-44 in Phelps County.
