32-year-old Trenton Barnett was arrested Saturday afternoon and is charged with felony tampering with a motor vehicle, felony resisting arrest, operating a vehicle without a valid license, no insurance, and speeding. He was taken to the Stoddard County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
