A Howell County teen faces charges from an accident in July that injured two teens and a baby.

18-year-old Addison Skains has been charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. Skains was involved in an accident in July where she allegedly tried to avoid a deer ran off the road and hit a tree. Investigators say there was no evidence that Skains or the baby was in a safety device at the time of the accident. The baby and one of the teenagers suffered serious injuries. Skains is to be in court on November 27.
