CHICAGO – University of Missouri linebacker Ty’Ron Hopper was named one of 12 semifinalists for the 2023 Butkus Award®, the Butkus Foundation announced Monday.
The senior from Shelby, North Carolina, has caused havoc on the field all season long leading the MU defense with 53 tackles, six for a loss. He also has 3.0 sacks, six QB hurries, and three pass breakups.
