62-year-old Glen Horton was arrested and was armed and intoxicated. Horton allegedly exhibited his weapon in a threatening manner toward two people and had fired the weapon prior to law enforcement arriving. Horton also allegedly threatened Wright County Deputies when they arrived saying he was going to make them shoot him. After a two-hour stand-off and successful negotiations, Horton was taken into custody and transported to the Wright County Jail. Horton is charged with Domestic Assault in the First Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and two counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Horton is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
