55-year-old Steven Joseph Haarstad turned himself in. A woman who lives with Haarstad, Shelly Ann Reeves is still being sought after a warrant was issued for her arrest. The two allegedly stole several guns and $45,000 cash from their deceased neighbor’s home. Seven guns that were pawned were traced and led to charges for Haarstad. Two guns are still missing. Haarstad is charged with seven felony counts of theft of property. He is free after posting a $15,000 bond.
