The Highway Patrol reports that 32-year-old Heather Nesbit was killed and 63-year-old William Egan suffered moderate injuries when Egan crossed the centerline and hit the van that Nesbit was driving head-on. Egan was taken to Cox South In Springfield. The accident happened on Highway 14, at Highway O in Douglas County.
