Multiple locations serving northern Arkansas and southern Missouri are open to collect shoebox gifts—filled with fun toys, school supplies, and personal care items—for Operation Christmas Child.
This effort to send God’s love to millions of boys and girls around the world through the Samaritan’s Purse project ends Monday, Nov. 20. Throughout the project’s National Collection Week, area shoebox donors will contribute to the 2023 global goal of reaching 11 million children.
Locations locally include, Thayer First Baptist Church, Village Bible Church in Cherokee Village, West Plains First Baptist Church, Trinity Worship Center in West Plains, Viola First Baptist Church, Birch Tree First Baptist Church, Mountain View Mo. First Baptist Church, Sutton Free Will Baptist Church in Pocahontas, Crossway Fellowship in Willow Springs, Emmanuel Baptist in Doniphan, Belview Baptist in Melbourne, Walnut Ridge First Baptist, Galatia Assembly of God in Norfork, and East Side Baptist in Mountain Home.
