On November 10, 2023, at approximately 3 a.m., Deputies went to a residence on County Road 3740 in Mountain View, Missouri, to attempt to locate a person with an active failure to appear arrest warrant out of Howell County. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the wanted subject, Cody Kenaga, in a vehicle in the driveway. After placing him under arrest deputies located drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle. Upon a further search of the vehicle, several individual baggies of methamphetamine were seized from the vehicle, and the passenger, Kristina Killion, was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. Deputies later made contact with Clinton Kenaga and obtained consent to search an RV on the property. During this search an additional 12 grams of methamphetamine was seized and Clinton Kenaga was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance. All three subjects were transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center and a probable cause statement was submitted to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office. Clinton Kenaga is charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – amphetamine. He has since posted a bond and was released on a $10,000.00 surety bond. Cody Kenaga was held on his failure to appear warrant; he has since posted a $10,000.00 surety bond. Cody Kenaga has not received a warrant for charges related to this incident. Killion has since been released as she did not receive a warrant before her 24-hour hold time limit was up.
