28-year-old Randy Brill was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance meth, two counts of felony unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor Mountain Grove PD warrant for failure to register, driving while suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and no seatbelt. Bril was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
