The incident happened on November 8, near Willow Springs. According to the Sheriff’s Department, they received a call about an accident involving a tractor and brush hog. When they arrived they found a man in his 60’s with both feet amputated. Investigators say that after an investigation they found that the accident was staged and they believe the amputation was intentional. Names have not yet been released and additional information about the incident is expected soon.
