Saturday deputies arrested Timothy Frye after a victim reported that he had fired the slingshot at the victim who was sitting in the laundry room at an open window. A second victim reported that Frye had threatened to kill her in September. Frye allegedly told authorities that he was firing at a cat and missed with the shot ricocheting towards the victim. Frye is charged with first-degree harassment and fourth-degree assault. Frye is being held without bond with a court appearance set for Monday.
