An Ozark County Grand Jury indicted Justin Stoneking on felony charges of first-degree harassment and unlawful possession of a firearm. He also faces a misdemeanor charge for fourth-degree domestic assault. Stoneking allegedly threatened to harm the Man and woman after he was served with an eviction notice. He will be in Court on December 12.
