23-year-old Jesse Sanders is charged with felony aggravated assault misdemeanor public intoxication and unlawful dog attack. Sanders allegedly got into a fight with police and told a pit bull to get them. The dog which was docile became aggressive and bit an investigator. The investigator allegedly kicked the dog away drew his pistol and shot the dog before it could charge him again. Sander was arrested and is being charged as a habitual offender.
