51-year-old Darin Evans suffered minor injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the pickup he was driving in a concrete culvert. Evans was taken to Baxter Health. He was also charged with DWI and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. The accident happened on County Road 103, a mile and a half north of Gainesville.
