The Highway Patrol reports that 61-year-old Loren Meredith suffered minor injuries when a car driven by 28-year-old Heidi Heier of Ava hit a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Corey Harrison of Hartville and then traveled off the road. Meredith was a passenger in the Heier vehicle. Meredith was taken to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon. Harrison was charged with felony DWI with physical injury, careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle crash, and failure to yield. The accident happened on Highway E, two miles north of Hartville.
