The Thayer Bobcats and Lady Bobcats hosted Melbourne on Friday night. In the Girl’s game, the Lady Bobcats lost to the Lady Bearkatz 66-53. Hadley Meyer led Thayer with 17 points, and Joselyn Tucker had 14 points. Kaylin Caraway led Melbourne with 22 points. The Bobcats got a big win 69-42 over Melbourne. Thayer was led by Aiden Burns with 29 points, and Devin Harrington had 12 points.
The Mammoth Spring Lady Bears got another win in the Alma Classic beating the host Alma 60-39. Brynn Washam led the Lady Bears with 24 points and Tay Davis had 17 points. The Lady Bears are now 11-2 and will play Bergman today in the Alma Classic.
