According to reports, 22-year-old Logan Venn allegedly entered Casey’s General Store in Licking wearing a hood and black face paint and pepper sprayed two employees, demanded money, then fled the store. Venn allegedly was stopped outside the store by police resisted arrest and kicked a deputy. Charges are expected to be filed against Venn for second-degree robbery, third-degree assault, third-degree assault on law enforcement, and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Texas County Justice Center.
