Shaun Scallion of Minneapolis Minnesota was arrested on Saturday. He is charged with 21 felony counts of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy victim less than 12 years old, and 13 felony counts of second-degree child molestation-child less than 12 years old. Scallion is being held without bond.
