47-year-old Jason Wayne Smyth is charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree harassment, and first-degree sexual misconduct. On Saturday, a woman in Ava told authorities that Smyth had changed a light bulb and then returned to her home to find a coin. After searching for a while he sat on her couch and accused her of flirting with him and exposed himself. Smyth was arrested and bond was set at $10,000.
