The Highway Patrol reports that 47-year-old Joann Bone suffered minor injuries when she hit a cow in the roadway. She was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 14, five miles west of West Plains around 8:40 last night, ten around 11, Bone was arrested on three Marshall County Oklahoma Warrants. One for felony distribution of a controlled substance, one for felony conspiracy to deliver CDS, and one for misdemeanor obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check.
