25-year-old Cheyanna Crumley suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and hit a tree. Crumley was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Route PP, a half mile west of Poplar Bluff. Crumley was also charged with DWI, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
