Over several weeks an investigation led to the issuance of a search warrant for the residence of Orval (Donnie) Merriman. The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force served the search warrant which led to the locating of meth, paraphernalia, and items indicating the trafficking of illegal narcotics. Merriman was arrested, and booked, and a warrant was issued for trafficking a controlled substance as well as possession of paraphernalia. He is currently being held in jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
