41-year-old William Earl Shively is charged with one count of 1st-degree Terrorist Threatening from events on Dec. 16th. Shively has another arrest warrant issued for three counts of 1st-degree harassment from an incident on Dec. 10. Shively is being held in the Shannon County Jail on a $10,000 bond for the Terrorist Threatening charge and a bond of $50,000 for the multiple Harassment charges.
