The Highway Patrol reports that 41-year-old Keena Simpson suffered minor injuries in the accident. The Patrol said the accident happened when a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Stephanie Whitworth of Hollister failed to yield a vehicle that was stopped, hitting it in the rear. That car then hit another vehicle in the rear and that vehicle then hit a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Daniel Simpson of West Plains. A 12-year-old girl from Hollister was also injured in the accident. The accident happened on Missouri 76, two miles east of Indian Point. Keena Simpson was taken to Cox South in Springfield.
