Levi Gunter was free on bond for the shooting deaths of Frankie Zigler and Richard Kuntz. Gunter was free on a $100,000 bond but was last seen on December 2 in West Plains. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Gunter is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 417-256-2544.
