Tony Fox is charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping for the death of Shawn Kiger. Kiger allegedly came to Missouri to buy a gun. Two people were arrested last week in connection with the murder, Kyle Sebree and Heather McClendon were both arrested on murder charges. According to the police report, Sebree shot Kiger in the back of the head in a wooded area near Winona.
