46-year-old Jeremy Earl Cox is accused of inappropriately touching the girl twice, once when she was 16 and once when she was 17. Both times occurred while the victim was sleeping and Cox came into her room.
Cox is facing two felony counts of sexual assault in the second degree and two felony counts of stalking in the second degree. He is being held in the Marion County Detention Center on $25,000 bond.
