55-year-old Joe Deen was driving a motorcycle with 53-year-old Stephanie Lynn Bay when he swerved to avoid a rock ran off the road and hit a sign. Bay died in the accident. Authorities say that Deen’s blood alcohol content level was above the legal limit. He is charged with felony Negligent Homicide, and Driving While Intoxicated.
