Sharp County Deputies responded to Eagle Trail Road in Ozark Acres about a shooting where a male subject had been shot multiple times. The victim, identified as Joseph Blake Mitchell had called 911 stating he had been shot four times by Leo Noel. Noel also contacted 911 and said that he had been attacked by Joseph Mitchell Noel was trying to leave Mitchell’s residence, when Mitchell jumped on his vehicle and started hitting the windshield with a machete. A search warrant was served at both Mitchell and Noel’s residence to gather evidence. As a result of the search deputies found2 ounces of meth, distribution amounts of marijuana, shrooms, narcotics, needles, and 12 firearms. Noel, Randy Mitchell, and Jessica Camp were all arrested on multiple drug and firearms-related charges.
