The Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Peyton Calfee on charges of misdemeanor resisting arrest by fleeing, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in a motor vehicle crash, leaving the scene of an accident, speeding, operating a vehicle without taillights, and failure to affix license plate. He was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
