- Fire Department minutes for the month of December. Fire Expense for December $750.00
- November & December Financial Report
- Council to approve the bills paid and to be paid.
New Business
- Council to approve adding an additional insurance coverage of 1.5 million for the City. Total cost is $10,000.00.
- Council to discuss the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024.
- Council to discuss restructuring electric and water rates.
- Council to discuss Cary Stewart Construction’s bid for the Hirsch Feed lift station.
- Council to look into making it mandatory to obtain a contractor’s license with the City and revamping our electric and water license qualifications and tests.
- Council to discuss getting the backup generator operational for multiple circuits.
- Council to discuss General Business.

The tentative agenda of this meeting may include a vote to close part of the meeting pursuant to section 610.021(1), 610.021(2) and 610.021(3) of the revised Missouri Statutes 1986.
