57-year-old Robert Rowland suffered minor injuries when another vehicle pulled into his path. The driver of the other vehicle, 60-year-old Daniel Bailey was not injured. The accident happened at the intersection of Highway 19 and Highway H in Winona. Rowland was taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
