22-year-old David Plyushchev was stopped by police and an investigation then started that he might be the father of a teen’s baby. Plyuschev was indicted by a grand jury on charges of second-degree statutory rape. His bond was set at $50,000 but was reduced to $5,000. He will be in court on January 26.
