The Arkansas State Police report the minor was killed when the driver of the vehicle she was in lost control on icy roads, left the road, struck a concrete box culvert, and overturned, ejecting the teen from the vehicle. The accident happened on Highway 289, south of Mammoth Spring. The ASP has not released the name of the victim since she is a juvenile.
