38-year-old Chaz Brock of Gainesville and April Gott were arrested after the stop of the vehicle that Brock was driving near South Fork. Brock did not have a valid driver’s license. He gave consent to search the vehicle and a 9mm handgun, suspected methamphetamine, and capsules were recovered by authorities. Brock is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm. He has a bond of $15,000 cash or corporate surety.
April Gott is charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon. Her bond is $10,000 cash or corporate surety.
