44-year-old Joanne Becker has been arrested after a warrant was issued charging her with felony breaking or entering, felony theft of property, and misdemeanor theft of property. She was arrested Tuesday by a District Court Probation Officer and taken to the Detention Center. She is being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear before the Circuit Court to answer the charges on February 6th.
