30-year-old Tyler Alan Huff is charged with unlawful use of a weapon – shooting at a person, motor vehicle, or building and unlawful use of a weapon – using a weapon while intoxicated. Huff was taken to the Texas County Jail and is being held on a $2,500 cash-only bond.
