37-year-old Justin Jones was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, schedule 1 or 2 meth or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear public intoxication, operating an unsafe vehicle, and furnishing, possession or using prohibited articles. He was taken to the Sharp County Detention Center.
