Thursday, 42-year-old Nicole Ashley Guinn was sentenced on charges of property theft, lottery fraud, domestic battering, endangering the welfare of a minor, and theft of a credit card. A revocation has been filed in two other older cases– a drug case filed in 2021 and a commercial burglary case filed in 2018.
