55-year-old Ricky Martin of Winona was arrested on a felony failure to appear warrant from Shannon County for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail. 39-year-old Raymond Nazarian of Birch Tree was arrested on a felony probation office warrant for probation violation, a felony Wright County warrant for probation violation, and a misdemeanor Oregon County warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Shannon County jail and held without bond. 38-year-old Rachel Wilcox of Summersville was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and Driving while suspended. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
