A man from Gainesville has been arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing a teen. 23-year-old Andrew Brent Clay, who is a convicted felon was arrested on charges of felony stalking and harassment misdemeanor peace disturbance, and two counts of misdemeanor assault. He is being held without bond.
