34-year-old April Elizabeth Spatafora=Diangelo was arrested this past weekend for allegedly taking more than $900 from an elderly woman she was caring for. During the investigation of the first crime, investigators questioned Spatafora-Dangelo about the second crime, but she denied any involvement.
Spatafora-Dangelo is facing a felony charge of financial identity fraud of an elderly victim. She was released without bond due to a severe medical condition.
