22-year-old Dylan Skaggs suffered serious injuries when he ran off the road overturned the truck he was driving and hit a fence. Skaggs was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on Route Z, seven miles south of Houston.
