A man from Ozark County has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after allegedly shooting his sister. Samuel Deatherage pleaded guilty to felony charges of discharging or shooting a firearm from a motor vehicle, shooting a person, motor vehicle, or building, and third-degree assault. Deatherage was reportedly intoxicated at the time of the incident.
