The Highway Patrol reports that 20-year-old Dominick Sanchez suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the pickup he was driving. Sanchez was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 142 at County Road 263, two miles west of Myrtle.
