FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.  — El Ellis and Kenyon Menifield Jr. scored 15 points apiece and Arkansas held on to beat Georgia 78-75 on Saturday to hand the Bulldogs their fifth straight loss.

Mahki Mitchell added 14 points, Tramon Mark 13 and Jalen Graham 11 for the Razorbacks (12-11, 3-7 SEC), who came in having lost four of their last five but got a season split with the Bulldogs after a 76-66 loss on Jan. 10.

Arkansas is home against No. 6 Tennessee on Wednesday.

 

COLUMBIA, Mo.  – Josh Hubbard scored 16 points, Tolu Smith III added 13 points and 11 rebounds and Mississippi State rolled to a 75-51 victory over Missouri on Saturday night.

Nick Honor scored 15 points and Tamar Bates added 11 for Missouri (8-16, 0-11), which has lost 11 in a row and 14 of its last 15.

Missouri visits Mississippi on Saturday, Feb. 17.

 

JONESBORO, Ark. – Taryn Todd had 20 points in Arkansas State’s 100-87 win over Ohio on Saturday night.

Todd also contributed seven rebounds for the Red Wolves (11-14). Derrian Ford scored 19 points, shooting 8 for 12, including 1 for 4 from beyond the arc. Izaiyah Nelson had 17 points and went 7 of 9 from the field.

Arkansas State is at Troy on Thursday.

 

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– Ryan Conwell’s 24 points helped Indiana State defeat Missouri State 73-71 on Saturday.

The Bears (14-11, 6-8) were led in scoring by Alston Mason, who finished with 26 points. N.J. Benson added 11 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks for Missouri State. In addition, Damien Mayo Jr. finished with 11 points and six rebounds.

Missouri State visits Murray State on Wednesday.

 

MOBERLY MO.—The Missouri State-West Plains Grizzlies lost to Moberly Area Community College Saturday, 88-72. The Grizzlies dropped to 8-17 on the season and 0-3 in the Conference. The Grizzlies will be at State Fair Community College on Wednesday.
